Staff Software Engineer

The Staff Software Engineer architects and builds AI driven, full stack systems that automate workflows, surface insights, and improve customer onboarding, adoption, and retention. The role designs scalable platforms, integrates machine learning into real time experiences, leads technical direction, and partners across engineering, product, data science, and Customer Success to deliver high impact solutions. This engineer drives architectural decisions, mentors teams, and ensures high quality, secure, reliable software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and ship high quality full stack software (60–75% hands on).
  • Architect AI powered solutions that accelerate onboarding, adoption, and customer value.
  • Design scalable front end, API, data, and backend systems.
  • Develop integrations with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Lead technical design, architecture, and engineering best practices.
  • Mentor engineers and raise engineering excellence.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Drive platform extensibility, operational maturity, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with emerging AI and platform technologies.
Requirements
  • 8+ years building high volume web applications in Java
  • Expert in Spring
  • 4+ years React experience
  • 2+ years AWS
  • Strong full stack architecture and cloud scale system design
  • Experience integrating with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
  • Deep understanding of SDLC, deployment, and operations
