As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing, building, and scaling core platform capabilities across modules of Digital Accountant. What You'll Do :
Architect and build highly scalable multi-tenant platform services powering automation lifecycle management, execution orchestration, governance, and observability.
Develop rich user experiences for accountants, controllers, and operations teams.
Lead design and implementation of workflow engines, approval processes, role-based access control, audit trails, and compliance features required for SOX and enterprise governance.
Build integrations with SAP, BlackLine, SharePoint, GCS, BigQuery, enterprise APIs, and internal platforms.
Drive platform reliability, developer experience, automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering excellence.
Partner with product, UX, finance SMEs, and platform teams to translate complex accounting workflows into intuitive digital experiences.
Mentor engineers, influence architecture decisions, establish technical standards, and lead critical platform initiatives across multiple teams.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building customer-facing experiences and deeply technical platform systems. You enjoy solving hard engineering problems around scale, workflow orchestration, AI-enabled products, governance, and enterprise integrations.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
