Overview
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of boundary, topographic, and specialized land surveys. This role oversees field and office operations, ensures accuracy and compliance, and signs/seals final deliverables. Work Environment
The role primarily operates onsite in locations such as Fort Worth, Midland, Irving, or Houston when candidates are local, with flexibility for remote work and minimal travel where appropriate. You will work in a smaller, collaborative team environment with a strong backlog of work, providing stability and opportunities to engage in a variety of project types. The organization supports fully paid continuing education and offers additional incentives or bonuses tied to successful completion of professional development activities. The work involves close coordination between office-based tasks, such as data analysis and preparation of deliverables, and field-based activities using GPS, GIS, CAD, and other surveying technologies.
