This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on enterprise hardware, infrastructure, system integration, and platform reliability. You'll work across hardware, networking, software, and operations teams to evaluate technologies, solve complex technical challenges, and support the systems that power our products.What You'll DoEvaluate, integrate, and support enterprise hardware platforms including servers, storage, networking equipment, UPS systems, and embedded technologiesLead system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and performance analysis across hardware and infrastructure environmentsPartner with engineering teams to support solutions spanning on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environmentsDrive hardware lifecycle activities including technology evaluation, component selection, vendor engagement, and long‑term platform planningDevelop automation and tooling to improve testing, operational efficiency, and platform reliabilityCreate and maintain technical standards, documentation, and validation processesWhat You'll NeedBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field and 8+ years of relevant experienceExperience working with enterprise hardware, infrastructure platforms, networking technologies, or embedded systemsStrong Linux or Unix systems knowledge, networking fundamentals, virtualization, and troubleshooting experienceExperience with scripting or automation tools such as Python or BashAbility to solve complex technical problems and work effectively across multiple engineering disciplinesPreferredExperience with hardware validation, system integration, or platform engineeringExperience with UL, CE, or FCC certification processesExperience evaluating enterprise networking technologiesFamiliarity with AI‑enabled engineering toolsTogether, we can build your future!SONIFI offers a competitive compensation package based on factors including location, experience, education, specialty, and training.
