The Staff Systems Technician is responsible for setting up and troubleshooting sterilization and disinfection equipment, executing test protocols, and ensuring lab operations run smoothly. This role supports product reliability and compliance through testing, analysis, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
+ Set up and troubleshoot sterilization and disinfection equipment to ensure functionality and compliance.
+ Execute test protocols and compile accurate data for final reports.
+ Perform root cause analysis and failure investigations to resolve technical issues.
+ Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to meet quality standards.
+ Conduct lab audits and manage organization, cleanliness, and supply inventory.
+ Provide technical support to internal teams and external vendors; coordinate offsite testing when required.
+ Apply Fortive Business Systems tools to drive process improvements and efficiency.
Qualifications :
+ Associate’s Degree in a technical discipline.
+ Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in equipment testing, troubleshooting, or laboratory operations.
