About the Role
D-Wave is seeking a Staff Technical Account Manager (TAM) with strong optimization knowledge to lead technical engagements with North American customers and support the integration and deployment of our quantum computing solutions. In this client-facing advisory role, youll act as a trusted technical advisor, externally helping customers identify use cases, solve complex problems, and achieve successful adoption of our platform. Internally, youll collaborate closely with sales, product, professionals, services, and business development teams to ensure customer needs are met and value is delivered.

Expect 30-50 travel to conferences, client meetings, training sessions, and sales events.
