About the Role
We are seeking a Staff Technical Product Engineer, RF Connectivity to own the end-to-end delivery of antenna systems across vehicle platforms. This role operates at the intersection of hardware engineering, system integration, and product execution, requiring both deep technical judgment and strong product ownership.
You will act as the single-threaded owner responsible for driving antenna systems from concept through production, making critical trade-offs, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring the final product meets performance, cost, and quality expectations.

What You Bring
8+ years of experience delivering hardware products from concept to production
Strong cross functional technical background in RF, reliability testing, PLM, mechanical related domains
Proven ability to own complex products and drive outcomes across teams
Experience operating in ambiguous environments and making high-impact decisions
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Identify risks early and drive mitigation across teams
Quality and validation artifacts
Drive issue resolution across suppliers, manufacturing, and integration teams
Partner with internal design teams to guide product development decisions
Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate.

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}.
The selected candidate will be required to travel <25% for this role.
