Working within a dynamic environment, the team contributes to advancing Walmart's capabilities in marketing and advertising technologies to enhance customer engagement and revenue growth. **What you'll do:** + Manage outcomes for a relevant workstreams in service of Walmart Marketplace and drive relevant programs. + Define program goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths to manage multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives. + Secure commitment from cross-functional teams and manage dependencies to ensure seamless program execution. + Translate product requirements into technical designs and collaborate on system architecture for scalability, availability, and performance. + Monitor program progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to maintain quality and timelines. + Communicate program status, risks, and updates effectively to stakeholders and teams. + Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and technology reuse to enhance program efficiency. + Establish and oversee operational excellence frameworks, including monitoring, alerting, and release management. **What you'll bring:** + 7+ years of experience driving complex strategic programs and managing cross functional outcomes. + Excellent stakeholder management skills to align diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and communicate complex information clearly and effectively. + Proven expertise in program management techniques, tools, and frameworks to lead multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives. + Strong technical knowledge of distributed software design, cloud infrastructure, and platform thanking to guide end-to-end technology solutions. + Proven use of AI tools in Program management. + Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, and budgets while driving program execution and continuous improvement. + Analytical problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making and impact analysis to optimize program outcomes. + Experience in establishing operational excellence frameworks, monitoring, and incident management for reliable system delivery.
