Seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex vehicle body programs from concept through production, focusing on aluminum-intensive and mixed-material BIW architectures.
Responsibilities include program leadership across all phases, managing schedules, costs, quality, and mass targets, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Vehicle Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
Provide technical expertise in aluminum and mixed-material body systems, joining technologies, and manufacturability, while driving disciplined execution and risk mitigation.
Represent the program in executive reviews, establish effective management cadence, and mentor team members to foster a culture of ownership and technical excellence.
Qualifications include 8+ years of automotive program leadership, strong BIW technical knowledge, proven delivery of major programs, excellent communication skills, and a relevant engineering degree. Travel is approximately 10%.
