They will serve as a senior partner, mentoring TPM best practices, and updating playbooks for scaling AI-native platforms globally.
Requirements: 10+ years in TPM, engineering, or product management; deep knowledge of PLM/CAD systems, complex integrations, and stakeholder influence.
Preferred: manufacturing experience, first-in TPM roles, operational agility.
Compensation ranges from $156K-$185K, with benefits including bonuses, equity, health coverage, and paid time off.
