About the Role:
Join The Center For New Pathways PC as a Staff Therapist, where you will play a crucial role in transforming lives through compassionate mental health care. Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with diverse mental health needs.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to guide therapeutic interventions.
• Facilitate workshops and support groups as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Build rapport with clients to foster a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field. EMDR/Hypnotherapy trained a plus
• Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LSW, Phd/PsyD or equivalent) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and mental health diagnoses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
