Job Purpose
As the Staff Thermal Process & Furnace Engineer, you will serve as the principal technical authority and strategic execution leader for the advanced thermal processing and atmosphere-controlled furnace infrastructure powering VulcanForms' newest, highest-priority program launch. You will own the thermal processing framework, manage major equipment commissioning matrices, and act as the primary operational link between external furnace OEMs and internal stakeholders. Success in this role means independently navigating complex technical boundaries to take advanced furnace systems from initial unboxing through strict pyrometric validation and into a highly optimized, 24/7 stable manufacturing state.

In addition, VulcanForms provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; generous paid time off; and a 401(k) plan with company match.
The annual base salary range for this position is $124,000 to $171,000.
