Job Description
**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is seeking **an Experienced Staffing Analyst (Level 3)** to support the **Skills Enhancement Centers team** located in **Everett Washington.**
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
+ Analyzes and interprets data
+ Provides feedback on assessment results
+ Be able to communicate effectively across all parts of the business and at multiple levels of management
+ Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
+ Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
+ Works under general direction
+ Continuously assess potential risks and identify gaps in processes or resources that may impact business operations
+ Coordinate resources to enhance operational efficiency
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):**
+ 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis
+ Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
+ 1+ year of experience working with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):**
+ 1+ year of experience presenting information to senior leadership
+ 3+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
+ Strong data analytical skills.
+ Must be adaptable and able to execute with urgency
+ Bachelor's Degree or higher
+ Coordinate resources to enhance operational efficiency
**Shift:**
This role is primarily 1st shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.
**COI:**
Successful candidate for this job must satisfy the company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
