Staffing and Recruitment Manager

Position SummaryBuilds and manages the network of provider agreements and subcontracted specialists needed to meet contract staffing capacity, and leads recruitment strategy for medical record reviewers.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and manage provider agreements or subcontractor relationships for medical record reviewers and consultative examination specialists across all required specialties.Develop and execute a medical record reviewer recruitment strategy to ensure reviews can consistently be completed within the required 2-hour turnaround.Prepare tentative provider agreement templates ready for execution upon contract award, or fully executed agreements where available.Maintain staffing capacity plans covering full-time employees, subcontracted providers, and provider-agreement specialists (both child and adult examiners).Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, human resources, or related field.Experience recruiting and contracting clinical providers or specialists.Strong network-development and contract negotiation skills.
