We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our client acquisition efforts. The BDM will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, establishing strong client relationships, and positioning our agency as a trusted partner in the staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition
Identify and target potential clients in key industries.
Develop and execute strategies to secure new business opportunities.
Present tailored staffing solutions to address client needs.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction.
Regularly update clients on candidate placements and service enhancements.
Market Research & Strategy
Analyze market trends to identify business opportunities.
Develop competitive strategies to position the agency effectively.
Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns.
Sales Goals & Reporting
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in staffing/recruitment).
Strong knowledge of staffing industry trends and client needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
