ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

Review individual performance with leadership weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. Complete assigned ongoing training and development. Prioritize and plan daily, weekly, monthly activity blocks to meet Key Performance Indicators and Performance Standards. Consistently perform current client retention actions and new client targeting actions to maintain and grow customer relationships, including but not limited to:

PREFERRED PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Two years or more of similar customer development experience or completion of an in-house training. No more than two jobs, 2 companies, in the recent two years. Paid in a prior position on a commission or bonus plan based on performance or goals.
