Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $16–$19 per hour

This role combines relationship‐building, problem‐solving, and business support to help people find work and help local companies meet their staffing needs.

What You’ll Do

• Meet candidates in person to understand their experience, strengths, and goals
• Advocate for employees and support them throughout their assignments
• Prepare candidates for interviews with insights and expectations
• Maintain organized, accurate records in our internal database
• Coordinate interviews and hiring steps between candidates and clients
• Visit client companies to learn their culture and staffing needs
• Promote candidate strengths and match them with the right opportunities
• Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and support new business development
