Staffing Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Staffing Consultant to support both recruiting and client relationship efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is motivated by performance and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and place candidates for a variety of positions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with associates throughout their assignments
• Support client needs by ensuring timely and effective placement of qualified candidates
• Manage multiple job orders and prioritize based on urgency and client demand
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS system
• Conduct regular check-ins with associates to ensure job satisfaction and retention
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and compliance processes
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals and performance targets

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Results-driven with a sense of urgency
• Comfortable working with performance metrics and goals
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new systems quickly
