Staffing Coordinator/Admin (part-time) (Remote)

Stewart Facility Services is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Part-Time Staffing Coordinator/Admin to help manage and support our new and existing East Alabama operations.

Primarily Remote | Flexible Schedule | Salary + Hourly Pay

This position combines recruiting, employee support, and occasional cleaning field work.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings and recruit candidates
• Conduct interviews and hire qualified employees
• Coordinate onboarding and train new team members
• Visit customer locations as scheduled for inspections
• Provide occasional hands-on cleaning coverage when employees are unavailable

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, good with people, and willing to jump in when needed. Previous management, supervisory, operations, hospitality, retail, or administrative experience is a plus. Formal HR experience is not required.

Candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling throughout East Alabama, from Pell City to the Georgia state line and south toward Sylacauga.

This position requires occasional evening and weekend availability.
