About the Opportunity

An established home care organization is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to support caregiver scheduling, client coverage, and daily staffing operations.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring clients receive consistent care by coordinating caregiver schedules, managing open shifts, and responding quickly to staffing needs.

The ideal candidate will have prior home care scheduling experience and be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and client assignments

• Fill open shifts and manage call-offs

• Communicate with caregivers, clients, and family members

• Monitor schedule changes and staffing coverage

• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation

• Assist with caregiver onboarding and orientation scheduling

• Work closely with operations and clinical staff to ensure quality service delivery

Qualifications

• Home care industry experience required

• Staffing, scheduling, or coordinator experience required

• Bilingual English/Spanish required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
