Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, must be flexible with OT as necessary.
Responsibilities:
· Manage daily timekeeping and weekly payroll for all Luxor’s contract employees
· Establish relationships with the customer’s hiring managers and partners
· Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
· On-board and train new employees
· Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in recruiting preferred but not required
· Must be able to work overtime and some weekends as business demands fluctuate
· Ability to be on your most of the day walking throughout the facility
· Strong interpersonal communication skills
· Bilingual in English and Spanish required
