Job Summary
Position Summary
Responsible for ensuring adequate staffing for Abrazo Health Care facilities. Ensures and maintains staffing files for licensure, certifications, education, and competences for contracted staff and flex pool staff. Serves as the liaison with outside supplemental agencies.
Responsibilities
- Ensures contracted staff and flex pool staff maintain all file requirements prior to first shift, during the assignment and/or employment as required by regulatory agencies.
- Responsible for ensuring adequate staffing through utilization of ANSOS.
- Reviews ANSOS staffing assignments on an on-going basis, corrects and adjusts as appropriate.
- Coordinates the flow of information between Abrazo facilities.
- Utilizes labor management software to post, select, and hire contracted staff.
- Ensures, monitors and documents contracted staff and flex pool staff meet contractual obligations.
- Monitors facilities for compliance of schedule execution
- Maintains accurate attendance and cancellation records
- Other related job tasks or responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
Experience:
Typing; advanced computer skills.
Attention to detail and organized.
Excellent customer service skills.
Special Skills:
Self-directed in learning new information and programs.
Problem solver.
Ability to respond to a rapidly changing environment.
