Staffing Coordinator

Penn Apartment Staffing is expanding our team across the Texas market, and we're looking for a Sales-Driven Staffing Coordinators to join our team! This is a high-energy, performance-based role where you’ll be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and meeting staffing goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales-Driven Focus: Develop new business by identifying opportunities with potential clients and converting them into long-term relationships.
• Client-Centric Sales: Build strong relationships with decision makers, understand their needs, and deliver sales-driven solutions to meet staffing goals and exceed expectations.
• Incentive-Driven Role: This is a sales-focused position with performance incentives tied to the branch’s monthly profit. Staffing Coordinators can earn a percentage.
• Lead Generation & Networking: Proactively source new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and in-person sales visits at industry events and property locations.
• Order Fulfillment & Follow-Up: Ensure prompt and professional fulfillment of all client orders by effectively coordinating candidate placement, following up to ensure client satisfaction, and identifying additional business opportunities.
• Client Retention & Upselling: Proactively follow up with existing clients, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure repeat business through exceptional customer service and relationship management.
• Sales Reporting & Goal Tracking: Maintain accurate records of your sales activities, set monthly and quarterly targets, and track progress toward sales goals.
• Administrative Support: Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Sales-driven and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
• Motivated by incentives and driven to contribute to branch profitability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a client-first approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with cold calling, in-person visits, and closing new accounts through direct outreach.
• Confident attending networking events, trade shows, and conducting follow-up sales activity.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency to fill client orders and grow accounts.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office systems.
