Staffing Coordinator

Varco Home Health & Hospice is looking for a friendly, motivated, and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our Houston office!

This position will work closely with our HR team to identify staffing needs, connect with potential candidates, and support the hiring process.

No previous recruiting experience required! We're looking for someone with a great personality, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Identify staffing needs and assist with finding qualified candidates.

• Make outgoing calls and follow up with potential candidates.

• Review applications and identify candidates who meet job requirements.

• Use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage applicants and track recruiting activity.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

• Maintain organized and accurate candidate records.

• Support the HR team with daily recruiting and hiring activities.

Qualifications

• Friendly, personable, and comfortable talking on the phone.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• No prior recruiting or HR experience required!
