Position Overview
We are looking for a people-focused, entry-level team member who is eager to learn the staffing industry from the ground up. This role is a blend of front office coordination, recruiting support, and business development assistance.
This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in growing into a long-term role in recruiting or sales. **This is an unpaid internship; however, commission may be earned during the internship term for business development efforts that result in client engagement and placements.**
Internship to Hire Opportunity
This position will begin as a part-time internship for approximately 6– 8 weeks, working 20– 30 hours per week. The goal is to provide hands-on training and real-world experience across recruiting, office operations, and business development. At the conclusion of the internship, a candidate who demonstrates strong performance, initiative, and team fit may be offered a full-time, paid position with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office and Candidate Experience
- Serve as the first point of contact for applicants and visitors
- Answer and route incoming calls
- Manage applicant flow, check-ins, and initial screenings
- Create a welcoming and professional office environment
Recruiting Support
- Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing and screening
- Schedule interviews and follow up with applicants
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the system
- Support onboarding and pre-employment processes
Business Development Support
- Assist with client outreach efforts, including local visits and “ drops”
- Help maintain and track activity within the sales pipeline
- Support follow-up with prospective clients
- Attend networking events and represent the company professionally
Marketing and Administrative Support
- Assist with social media posts and job advertising
- Support general office operations and administrative tasks

Preferred:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
