Now Hiring: Staffing Coordinator (Nursing)

Job Type: Full Time

Are you someone who enjoys taking care of people-but behind the scenes? We're looking for a kind, organized, and dependable Staffing Coordinator to help keep our nursing team supported and our residents cared for.

What You'll Do:

• Create and manage nursing schedules with care and attention
• Help ensure every shift is covered so our residents always feel supported
• Connect with team members to fill openings and navigate call-offs
• Be a steady, positive presence for both staff and leadership

What You Bring:

• Experience in healthcare staffing or scheduling (preferred)
• A calm, solution-focused mindset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A genuine appreciation for teamwork and caring for others
