    Essential Functions

    The Staffing Coordinator works with members, patients, and caregivers to ensure services are delivered. The person in this position must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

    Duties included but not limited to:

    · Oversee all staffing needs of the assigned area

    · Liaise with recruiter to fill vacancies in a timely manner

    · Screening and approval candidates for the hiring process.

    · Develop work schedules by assigning employees to members and patients.

    · Assume responsibility for timekeeping and time off requests

    · Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation

    · Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations

    · Assists with payroll to ensue employees are paid correctly and timely.

    · Ensures software program data is kept up to date.

    · Notifies HR and Payroll of Employee status changes timely.

    · Maintains confidentiality of all Personnel information.

    · Ensures in-services training and CPR is up to date on required employees.

    · Other duties as assigned.


    Experience Requirements

    • High school education or equivalent experience requirements
    • Previous Advantage and/or staffing experience preferred


    Skill Requirements

    Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, and staffing.
