What You'll Do
Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure client coverage
Match caregivers with client needs and availability
Communicate schedule updates with clients and caregivers
Assist with caregiver recruiting and onboarding activities
Maintain accurate scheduling records and office documentation
Work closely with the office team to provide excellent service
What We're Looking For
Staffing, scheduling, or office experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance required
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
