Staffing Coordinator
Pulse Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment and onboarding processes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and maintaining employee records.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assisting with new hire onboarding, including conducting orientations and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Coordinating background checks and drug screenings for potential employees.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Assisting with employee scheduling and time tracking.
- Providing administrative support to the HR department as needed.
