Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of nursing leadership, is responsible for coordinating the daily and ongoing generation of schedules, reports and maintenance for nursing personnel. Scope of responsibilities include resource for scheduling software (eg. Kronos), data tracking, act as liaison for nursing with stakeholders, point of contact for nursing schools and administrative support for nursing service. 

Qualifications:

Job Requirements: 

 

• One year of Clerical, Administrative, IT, or Timekeeping experience . 
• High school or GED required 

 

 Preferred Job Requirements:

• Associates degree preferred
