Vivo Healthcare West Orange is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator/Driver to join our team in Ocoee, FL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining nursing staff schedules, coordinating staffing coverage, and ensuring adequate staffing on all shifts. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain nursing staff schedules templates in Empeon
• Coordinate staffing coverage to ensure adequate staffing on all shifts
• Calculate PPD's for nursing ratios
• Monitor attendance, call-outs, and overtime
• Communicate staffing needs and schedule changes to department leadership
• Maintain accurate staffing records and reports
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation scheduling as needed
• Ensure staffing practices support facility policies and resident care needs
