What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional service to candidates, clients, field employees, and team members
• Create a positive and memorable candidate experience that reflects Masiello Employment Services' commitment to people
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Contribute to business development efforts through networking, prospecting, referrals, and community involvement
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, and placing candidates
• Manage field employees placed on assignments by providing ongoing support, coaching, and problem resolution to promote successful placements and positive employment experiences
• Represent Masiello Employment Services at job fairs, networking events, and workforce development initiatives
• Utilize ATS and CRM technology to identify talent, communicate with candidates, and support client relationships
