We are looking for a Staffing Manager who can balance recruiting, relationship-building, problem-solving, and employee support someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly alike.
Position Overview
A Staffing Manager at MOLARI has their hands in a little bit of everything. This role combines recruiting, employee relations, customer service, interviewing, account support, and administrative coordination.
The right person will be comfortable interacting with job seekers from many different backgrounds and experience levels, while also working closely with client companies to understand their staffing needs and expectations.
This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, sound judgment, organization, and the ability to navigate difficult conversations when needed.
Responsibilities
Recruit, source, and identify candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities
Use recruiting platforms and search tools including Indeed, LinkedIn, BerkshireJobs, and internal applicant tracking systems
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct candidate prescreens, interviews, and reference checks
Match candidates to appropriate positions based on skills, experience, personality, and workplace fit
Support employees currently on assignment by addressing questions, concerns, attendance issues, coaching needs, and workplace challenges
Maintain communication with client companies regarding staffing needs, employee performance, and assignment updates
Document candidate and employee interactions accurately within internal systems
Coordinate onboarding and employment paperwork
Assist with interview preparation and coaching for candidates
Help maintain compliance with employment policies and labor regulations
Deliver excellent customer service to both clients and job seekers
Qualifications
Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or office experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with a wide variety of personalities and professional backgrounds
Comfortable having direct and sometimes difficult conversations professionally and respectfully
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience using applicant tracking systems or recruiting software is a plus
Knowledge of employment and labor laws is helpful, but not required
A customer-service mindset is essential
