Manufacturing Associate responsible for manufacturing products in a cleanroom environment while following cGMP, aseptic, quality, safety, and production requirements.
Pay: $24–$25/hour
Duration: 6 months, with possibility of extension based on demand
Schedule: 1st shift, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Location: 100% onsite, Woodland, CA
Interview: 1 round onsite with the hiring team
Key responsibilities:
Manufacture, formulate, finish, and fill products according to established procedures and schedules.
Follow aseptic techniques in Class 1,000 and Class 100 cleanrooms.
Complete batch records and other production documentation accurately.
Perform quality inspections of materials and finished products.
Monitor, clean, and perform basic maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Inspect, label, package, box, and palletize finished products.
Move materials using hand trucks, forklifts, electric dollies, and pallet jacks.
Maintain clean and organized production areas.
Follow SOPs, cGMPs, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Report quality and safety issues and maintain required training documentation.
Use required PPE, including protective clothing and respirators as applicable.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to work onsite, 1st shift, Monday–Friday.
Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and maintain accurate documentation.
1–3 years of manufacturing experience.
Experience with aseptic techniques and cleanroom manufacturing.
Experience in an FDA-regulated environment.
Experience with cGMP and GDP.
Experience working in Class 1,000 and Class 100 cleanrooms.
Experience with manufacturing, filling, packaging, or product inspection.
Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, electric dollies, or hand trucks.
