Position Title:

Staffing Office Supervisor - (26141800)

The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Montana State Hospital.

The Staffing Office Supervisor oversees the time and attendance performance of all staff at the Montana State Hospital. This position is heavily involved in staff schedule maintenance and approval of time off requests and is the first point of contact for all staff attendance inquiries.

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Two years of job related work experience preferred

  • Two years supervisory experience preferred

  • Other combinations of education and experience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
