Staffing Program Coordinator
Position Location: Nashville, TN, 37203
Ability to work remote: No, 5 days a week in office.
Length of Assignment: 5 Moths Contract to Hire role
Pay Rate: $20-25/hr. on W2 ONLY
Function of the Group: Contingent Labor Staffing.
Initiatives/Projects: Data clean ups, audits
Industry background: Technology industry or staffing/recruiting background preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support including amendments, extensions, data collection and cleanup, and resume shortlisting.
Support execution of key initiatives within the contingent labor program.
Collaborate with external vendors and internal partners to collect, analyze, and validate data.
Monitor and evaluate staffing suppliers to ensure compliance with Client standards and objectives.
Manage onboarding, offboarding, and assignments of contingent workers.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with LOB partners, external suppliers, and internal departments.
Adapt to changing program requirements and evolving business needs with a flexible, solution-oriented mindset.
Must Have Technical Skills (1-5 Years of Experience Required):
1. Adaptable to change and able to navigate evolving business needs effectively (Crucial).
2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
3. Highly detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability.
4. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology systems.
5. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Advanced proficiency in Client Excel (Formula, Pivots, VLOOKUPs).
7. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills This role requires a proactive, organized professional capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
1. Experience with VMS platforms (VNDLY preferred).
2. Proficiency with Client Suite (Outlook, Teams)
Education/Certifications: Any of the following:
1. Associate s degree + 3+ years of experience.
2. Bachelor s degree + 1+ year of experience.
3. Master s degree + no experience " PhD + no experience.
4. No degree + 6+ years of experience.
