Job Summary:
This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for entry-level positions within a fast-paced fulfillment center environment. You will be instrumental in identifying, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The position requires a proactive recruiter who can manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute strategic sourcing and recruitment plans.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
- Deliver a superior candidate journey.
- Effectively manage numerous demands simultaneously.
- Develop candidate pipelines based on market trends.
Must-Have Skills:- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Industry Experience:
Experience in high-volume recruitment environments, particularly within fulfillment centers or similar operational settings, is highly preferred.
