What You’ll Do- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Fill high-volume roles (warehouse, forklift, production, general labor)
- Schedule interviews and assist walk-in applicants
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Support hiring events and job fairs
- Partner with clients to meet staffing needs quickly
What We’re Looking For- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Staffing, recruiting, or HR experience
- Experience hiring for warehouse/light industrial roles is a PLUS
- Strong communication & multitasking skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
