NOW HIRING – IN-HOUSE RECRUITERS

Executive Recruiting Center (ERC Staffing) is looking for experienced In-House Recruiters to join our growing team!

Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour, based on experience

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

1st Shift
Monday–Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

2nd Shift
Monday–Friday
12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruit and screen candidates for open positions
• Conduct phone interviews and candidate follow-ups
• Assist with onboarding and new-hire paperwork
• Maintain communication with candidates and employees
• Fill high-volume staffing orders in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate information
• Work closely with the recruiting and operations team to meet client staffing needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Dependable with excellent attendance and follow-through
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
