Staffing Recruiter

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, interview, and screen candidates for a variety of temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and job qualifications.
• Match qualified candidates with positions that align with their skills and career goals.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client staffing needs.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding staffing needs and candidate availability.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment requirements.
• Meet recruiting, placement, and performance goals in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or high-volume hiring experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and engaging with candidates.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn recruiting and applicant-tracking systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
