Staffing Registered Nurse (RN)

$50/hour base, plus $1 to $4/hour more for evenings, nights, and weekends. Choose the per diem shifts that fit your life and care for older adults across Northern New Jersey. As a per diem RN, you tell us when you're available and pick from open shifts. You're the nurse residents and families count on for that shift.

What you'll do

• Work day, evening, or night shifts that fit your schedule
• Give hands-on nursing care to residents in assisted living and skilled nursing
• Pass medications and complete treatments that follow each resident's care plan
• Chart clearly so the next nurse has what they need
• Give and receive shift report with the full-time team
• Use your clinical judgment to respond to residents' and families' needs

What you'll need

Required:

• Active, unencumbered New Jersey RN license
• Flu vaccine (medical and religious exemptions considered)
• 1 year of nursing experience, ideally in long-term care or assisted living

Pay

• $50.00/hour base rate
• Evenings: +$1.00/hour
• Nights: +$2.00/hour
• Weekends: +$4.00/hour

Schedule

• Per diem: you choose your shifts from the open schedule
• Day, evening, and night shifts available
