Job Summary
This announcement will be used to fill two positions in our office. The positions are at the HR Specialist 2 level but if we are not successful in filling the positions at the 2 level, we may fill them at the HR Specialist 1 level.
The Staffing Representative is an integral part of the HR team that supports approximately 1,300 employees at MnDOT's Metro District. This position performs human resource services and provides consultation for staffing functions, including classification, compensation, recruitment, selection, contract interpretation, and workforce planning.
Job duties include:
This position is located at Water's Edge in Roseville and has the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule or work in the office. If working a hybrid schedule, the incumbent will be required to make a telework arrangement with their supervisor. The incumbent will be expected to work in the office as determined by policy and discussion with their supervisor.
