Staffing Scheduler/Transportation Coordinator

CareCore at Lakeridge is seeking an organized and dependable Staffing Scheduler / Transportation Coordinator to join our team! This position plays an important role in supporting both our nursing staff and residents. The ideal candidate will be an STNA with strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain schedules for nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and STNAs

• Assist with staffing needs, call-offs, schedule changes, and coverage

• Schedule and coordinate resident medical appointments

• Provide safe transportation for residents to and from appointments using the company vehicle

• Communicate appointment and transportation details with residents, families, nursing staff, and outside providers

• Maintain accurate scheduling and transportation records

• Assist the nursing team as needed

Qualifications:

• STNA preferred

• Must be at least 25 years old to operate the company van

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

• Previous healthcare, long-term care, or staffing/scheduling experience preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Dependable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
