What You’ll Do

• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified caregivers
• Manage job postings and candidate pipelines
• Conduct onboarding and ensure compliance requirements are met
• Match caregivers with clients based on skills and needs
• Maintain ongoing communication with staff to support retention
• Assist with scheduling coverage and urgent staffing needs
