Skills and Qualifications:
  • Communicate effectively both written and verbally.
  • Make decisions and complete tasks with little or no supervision.
  • Respond to changing situations in a flexible manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and other computer programs
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.

Desired Experience/Requirements:

  • High school degree or GED required. College degree/training is preferred.
  • Read, write and speak the English language.
  • Experience not required but preferred (on-the-job training and continuing education is provided)
  • Valid and current Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass a DHS background study.
Key Responsibilities:

  •  Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
  •  Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  •  Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews based on business need. 
  •  Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle from start to finish.
  •  Maintain accurate candidate records and applicant tracking systems.
  •  Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
  •  Partner with management to understand hiring needs and timelines.
  •  Attend job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
