  • Build and maintain relationships with applicants and employees.
  • Communicate with clients to understand staffing needs and provide hiring updates.
  • Coordinate interviews, job offers, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate applicant records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Conduct reference checks and employment verifications as needed.
  • Follow up with employees and clients to ensure successful placements.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting sources to attract qualified candidates.
  • Meet recruiting and placement goals while providing outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
  • Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
  • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
