We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations within a fast-paced staffing agency environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Respond to emails and inquiries from candidates, clients, and internal staff
  • Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding processes
  • Conduct follow-ups with candidates regarding application status, availability, and placement updates
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Prepare and send reports related to recruiting activity, placements, and workforce status
  • Support job posting efforts across job boards and social media platforms
  • Verify documentation and ensure compliance with onboarding requirements
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate details to candidates and hiring managers
  • Assist with general office duties including filing, data entry, and document management
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred (staffing or HR environment a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruiting tools is a plus
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Work Environment

Office-based role with frequent interaction with candidates, clients, and internal recruiting teams. May require handling high call and email volumes.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
