Job Title: Staging & Inventory Coordinator

Location: Ogden, Utah

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (First Shift)

Job Type: Long-term, full-time

Position Overview

Smart Trade is seeking an experienced Staging & Inventory Coordinator to support our fast-paced manufacturing operations in Ogden, Utah. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in inventory control, warehouse operations, and material handling who thrives in a detail-oriented and team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials
• Stage and prepare materials for production based on schedules
• Pull and kit parts according to pick lists and work orders
• Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages proactively
• Process inventory transactions within ERP or inventory systems
• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Coordinate replenishment of materials to avoid production delays
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or material handling roles
• Experience with inventory control systems or ERP software preferred
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and production schedules
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer and math skills
• Forklift experience is a plus

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contract work
