Stainless & Aluminum TIG Welding Specialist

Ready to put flawless, repeatable TIG welds on metal parts that need to perform?

Express is hiring on behalf of an industry leader in Chaska, MN. If you thrive on clean beads, tight tolerances, and safe, efficient workflows, this role is for you.

What you will do

• TIG weld stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals to spec
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Set up and calibrate welding equipment for optimal results
• Inspect welds for quality, appearance, and compliance
• Keep your station clean and follow all safety protocols
• Team up with peers to hit production targets
• Perform spot welding when required

What we are looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding trade training preferred
• Solid TIG (GTAW) background; comfort with arc processes (SMAW/FCAW) a plus
• Confident blueprint and drawing interpretation
• Detail orientation and pride in high-quality results
• Strong knowledge of shop and welding safety practices
• AWS or similar credentials are a bonus

When you will work

• Monday - Thursday, 2:30 pm to 1:00 am; overtime as needed
