About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Grinder/Polisher who can consistently achieve a No. 4 sanitary finish on stainless steel for food‑grade tanks. If you take pride in precision, quality, and craftsmanship-this is your role.

What You'll Do

Grind, blend & polish stainless steel to a consistent No. 4 sanitary finishPrepare & finish welded seams to food‑grade standardsInspect surfaces and correct imperfectionsSafely operate grinders, sanders & polishing toolsFollow fabrication instructions & maintain clean work areasEnsure all work meets sanitary, crevice‑free requirementsMaintain tools and follow all safety procedures

What You Bring

2+ years stainless‑steel grinding/polishing experience (preferred)Ability to produce a true No. 4 finish consistentlyExperience blending welded seams to sanitary standardsStrong attention to detail & ability to work independentlyAble to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work on your feetUnderstanding of PPE & shop safetyAbility to use micrometers, calipers & gaugesDependability-our customers and team rely on you
